Our new Rapid Flue Production machine.

We’re really excited by the delivery of our new machine in production. The Weil Engineering Flexistar machine will rapidly shorten the production time when manufacturing steel chimney flues.

The amazing advantage is that no additional setup is needed for different diameters, thus cutting down production time. The compact tube production centre which is on a single platform, combines a multiroller and laser welder in order to achieve this.

It’s cutting edge technology and it’s a great investment to get our products out as quick as possible to our customers. Production commences at the start of July as the machine is being installed and tested by our team and the Weil’s team, to ensure that it runs smoothly.
