The range of applications extends from industrial applications to diesel generators, emergency generators, boilers, exhaust air (no kitchen exhaust air) and forging furnaces. The flue gas system is also suitable for wall and floor mounting.

High quality

ICS 5000 comes with high-quality materials as standard: the inner pipe is made of 316L stainless steel and the outer casing of 304 stainless steel. The high-temperature-resistant mineral wool insulation provides effective insulation. Both the inner pipe and the outer casing are butt-welded throughout.

Simple installation & safe operation

Both the inner pipe and the outer casing are continuously butt-welded. A lip seal is inserted into the push-fit side of the outer casing. The stainless steel inner and outer pipes have a profiled push-fit socket connection and the clamping band is in direct contact.
