Wide range of applications

Suitable for indoor and outdoor use, the ICS 5000 system offers a wide range of applications for diesel, gas and oil exhaust gases as well as for industrial process exhaust air. The range of applications extends from industrial applications to diesel generators, emergency generators, boilers, exhaust air (no kitchen exhaust air) and forging furnaces. The flue gas system is also suitable for wall and floor mounting.

Functional

The double-walled flue gas system in element design with integrated thermal insulation is the perfect solution when it comes to negative and/or positive pressures of up to 5000 Pa and high flue gas temperatures thanks to the pre-assembled, special high-temperature seal.

High quality

ICS 5000 comes with high-quality materials as standard: the inner pipe is made of 316L stainless steel and the outer casing of 304 stainless steel. The high-temperature-resistant mineral wool insulation provides effective insulation. Both the inner pipe and the outer casing are butt-welded throughout.

Simple installation & safe operation

Both the inner pipe and the outer casing are continuously butt-welded. A lip seal is inserted into the push-fit side of the outer casing. The stainless steel inner and outer pipes have a profiled push-fit socket connection and the clamping band is in direct contact.
