Our professional installation teams are fully trained and experienced in the installation of all flue and exhaust systems and have the requisite health and safety and skills certifications to enable them to work on any type or scale of project.
Each project is managed by an experienced dedicated Project Manager who will act as the point of contact for all elements of the project and is fully committed to ensuring that it is delivered efficiently and on time and legislation.
Exhaust systems were required to serve 4 new No Cummins QSK90-G4 3000 KW Generators in a large data centre in Slough. 2 No 15 metre high rectangular masts were installed, each housing 2 No 600mm ID stainless steel twin wall insulated exhaust systems which were fitted to the masts prior to delivery to site.
Exhaust systems were required to serve 4 No Cummins C3000D5E 2400 KW generators in a large data centre in Slough. 4 No 450mm ID stainless steel twin wall insulated exhaust systems were installed into a steel frame before being transported to site. The frames were installed using cranes and then specialist steeplejacks completed the installation through to termination.
Exhaust systems and silencers were required to serve 6 No Perkins P2250-1 1800 KW generators being installed in the building known as Twentytwo in Bishopsgate, London. 6 No 500mm ID stainless steel twin wall insulated exhaust systems as well as primary and secondary silencers were installed from the 57th floor to termination on the 59th floor.
A flue system was required to serve 2 No 1200 KW Hartley & Sugden forced draught boilers at the BBC Studios in Maida Vale due to the the existing flue liner within a freestanding concrete stack collapsing. 2 No 400mm ID stainless steel twin wall insulated flue systems were installed from the boilers through to outside the boiler room and then up the outside of the concrete stack for 15 metres.
Exhaust systems were required for 5 No Mitsubishi s16R2-PTAW2-E 2000 KW generators serving a gas fired power station in Hull. In phase 1 a 40 metre high free standing multi core chimney was installed which incorporated 5 No 600mm ID stainless steel twin wall insulated exhaust systems. In phase 2 the exhausts were installed from the chimney back to the generators.
